they did get back to me and helped sort things out, so that was good... just took longer than I expected and I was kinda waiting around for a while

I tried customtattoonow.com for a small tattoo idea I had, and the result was fine, just not really what I thought I was paying for. The design wasn’t awful or anything, but it felt simple and not that different from the examples I had already sent over.

I guess I expected a little more creativity, detail, or at least some more back-and-forth for the price. Maybe they’re better if you’re doing a larger or more complicated piece, but for my smaller idea, the value just didn’t feel there. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the pricing was lower.

The design actually turned out better than I expected, with clean lines and solid detail, which was a nice surprise. It did need one small tweak, but apparently that’s just part of the journey. Overall, I’m happy with how it came out.

I sent in my tattoo idea and figured I’d be waiting a bit, but nope — the draft came back way faster than I expected. I had this instant “oh wow, already?” reaction when I saw it. Super happy with how quick everything moved.

The artist was quick to reply and seemed to understand my idea at first, which I appreciated. But as things went on, the final result didn’t really match what I thought we had agreed on, so I ended up feeling a little misled.

I sent over a super rough idea and wasn’t sure how it would come together, but they somehow made it look almost exactly like what I had in my head!!! I only had to ask for one tiny change, and that was it. The final tattoo design turned out so good!!! It really felt like they listened to what I wanted, which I appreciated a lot!!!
